Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms govern access to and use of the App, including the virtual currency system (“jetons”), staked challenges, and any house commission (rake).

2. User account

• Some features (multiplayer, challenges, wallet, Place 151) require an authenticated account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.
• Djamma Dev may suspend or delete an account in case of fraud, cheating, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. Jetons (virtual currency)

3.1 Legal and economic nature

• Non-transferable: jetons may not be sold, assigned, traded between players, or converted into money, goods, or services outside the App.
• Non-refundable: no cash refund, bank credit, or monetary compensation is owed for jetons (earned, lost, expired, or remaining).
• No cash-out: no withdrawal, payout, gift card, cryptocurrency, or off-app transfer is offered or allowed.
• The displayed wallet balance is an internal game counter managed server-side.

3.2 Earning jetons

Depending on active features, you may obtain jetons through, among other things:

• unlocking certain trophies (excluding the “gameplay” category, which grants experience only);
• daily challenge win rewards (by AI level), in addition to any related trophy milestones;
• other progression mechanics defined in the App.

Amounts, conditions, and frequency may change. Djamma Dev may modify, suspend, or remove these rewards.

If in-app purchases (IAP) are offered in the future, “purchased” jetons will remain subject to the same rules (no monetary value, no cash-out, non-refundable except as required by law or Apple/Google store policies).

3.3 Earned / purchased balances

The wallet may distinguish earned and purchased balances. Both are virtual game units with no real-world value and remain subject to section 3.1.

4. Staked challenges

• Jeton stakes apply only to 1v1 challenges (human players or bots), with equal stakes.
• A commission (rake) may be taken from the pot for the App’s internal “house” ledger. An approximate amount is shown before sending a challenge.
• Staked challenges require a short per-player timer (10, 20, or 30 minutes).
• Staked jetons are escrowed until the game ends, then distributed according to the outcome (winner / refund on cancellation).
• Bots may accept or decline a stake based on their internal virtual balance; that balance has no monetary meaning.

5. Place 151 (user-generated content)

• Place 151 is a player discussion space (public feed; comments require an account). You are responsible for content you publish.
• Prohibited in particular: harassment, threats, spam, impersonation, other people’s personal data, account secrets, illegal content, or sexual content involving minors.
• You can report a post or comment and block an account: that account’s content is then hidden in your feed. Moderators may hide or remove content and mute or suspend accounts.
• Before your first post, the App asks you to accept the community guidelines. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and contact privacy@djammadev.com remain available from Place 151.

6. Cheating, abuse, and automation

• Prohibited: cheating, bug exploitation, client tampering, abusive multi-accounting, unauthorized user-side bots, or any attempt to extract monetary value from jetons.
• Djamma Dev may reverse jeton transactions, adjust balances, or sanction accounts in case of abuse.

7. Availability and changes

• The App and virtual economy are provided “as is”. Interruptions, progress loss, or balance adjustments may occur (maintenance, bug fixes, anti-fraud).
• Djamma Dev may change economy parameters (rake, stake presets, rewards, bot thresholds, etc.) without prior notice as part of the game service.
• Djamma Dev may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page controls. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

8. Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes associated jetons and game data, with no right to monetary compensation.

9. Intellectual property

The App, brands, rules, assets, and software remain owned by Djamma Dev or its licensors. No license is granted beyond personal, non-commercial use of the game.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Djamma Dev is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, jeton loss, or harm from service unavailability. Because jetons are not monetary assets, no financial indemnification is owed for their loss or modification.
